Brewed in the English tradition with American malts, this dark mild ale blends caramel rye with roasted wheat to create a pint chock full of toasted bread and dark toffee…we were kind, we were giving//that’s how we kept what we gave away (neil young)
A blend of base malts with a touch of crystal wheat form a buoyant foundation for WA grown Vista to intertwine with MI grown Zuper Saazaer...soft sweet orange and lemon...swim all day, in the warm sunlight//lay on our backs and watch the stars at night (bonnie “prince” billy)
This dry, bitter IPA is hopped with Idaho Chinook, Washington Cascade and Tapawera, NZ grown Nelson Sauvin. Towering notes of heady white grape and 200ft tall sugar pine...the days were rough and it's all quite dim//but my mind cuts through it all...(gillian welch)
